- A refund request must be made in writing and must be submitted via email or our contact form.

- If the visa application or job placement process has already begun, refunds may not be issued.
- In the event of visa rejection, we may offer partial refunds depending on the stage of the process and the reason for the rejection (excluding processing fees or any non-refundable charges).
Non-refundable Fees
- Service fees paid for document preparation, consultations, and other services are non-refundable once the application process has begun.
- Any third-party costs (such as government or university fees) are also non-refundable.
Processing Time for Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
